FAQ
  • Will my jewellery look exactly like what I see in the photo?
Due to the handmade nature, the product shape, sizes, and colours will vary slightly with each product. Every piece is absolutely unique, but that being said, we try to stick to the same look and sizing as much as possible.
  • Do you still have any of the older Joyce Needham designs?
We do still have some of the older designs in stock. If you're looking for something specific please send us an email with what you're looking for.
  • What materials are the earrings made with?
All earrings are made with nickel-free, hypoallergenic stainless steel hooks and studs.
  • Is it real gold and silver?
Yes! The gold and silver accents are 22 carat liquid yellow gold and 22 carat liquid white gold. So the "silver" isn't technically silver, but it is white gold which is a silver-colored alloy of gold. These metals are gorgeous and give the pieces that deep richness we adore.
  • Is this jewellery breakable?
Because it is made of porcelain clay, yes it is breakable, but a very solid product that will feel like true quality when you wear it. Just try not to drop it on hard floors or hit it against other hard surfaces etc.
  • What if my jewellery breaks?
If your jewellery breaks in transit before it gets to you, we ask that you let us know immediately when you receive the package so that we can clear it up with the transit & delivery company. Our policy states that as long as we are contacted within 48 hours of delivery (according to the delivery time stated in shipment tracking), we will send a replacement. If we are contacted outside of the 48 hours we will be unable to confirm that the breakage was caused in transit and therefore cannot provide a replacement. If your jewellery breaks due to dropping it on a hard surface or something of that nature, we unfortunately cannot provide a replacement, but if you email us a photo of the broken piece we would be happy to send you a coupon code for 10% off your next purchase.
